Let's be honest, 2020 was a difficult year for all first-responders. Hell it was hard on all of us. This year has hit the law enforcement community with 358+ line-of-duty deaths (LODD). This has left the Honor Hike Foundation with the near impossible task of honoring those men and women. With violence against police on the rise, the overwhelming effect of COVID on our police force, and nearly one officer being killed in the line-of-duty a day, we were left with no choice but to ask for help outside of our organization. This year we asked for volunteers from the Law Enforcement and Military communities join us on the trail in a collective-mileage hike. We are proud to announce that we have formed a team of seven volunteers that will take to the Appalachian Trail on June 11th, 2021 to carry the Honor Tags that bear the names of fallen officers from 2020. Each team member will be responsible for their portion of the miles that are dedicated to the fallen. Please watch for our updates on our Facebook page - Honor Hike Foundation.
Thank you for all the support! Honor the Fallen!
